Delivery dates can vary from order to order. It depends on the size of your order, network concurrent orders, and many other factors. It usually takes a few hours to process your order. The average delivery time is between a few business days and sometimes it might take longer (due to specific issues with your campaigns, network load, sudden YouTube algorithm changes and more). If you have any other question regarding your order delivery date, do not hesitate to contact our support team.

Due to the frequent changes conducted by YouTube to its' algorithm or due to other counter issues, there might be a drop in your video stats and counters. Our automated drop detection system detects all dropped orders and refills them, so no worries, your order will be restored within the next few days.

Since we are creating a dedicated advertising campaign for each order, it takes time until each order gets started. We wish there was a magic button that could instantly deliver subs, views, likes, and comments. Please note that it usually takes a couple of hours until an order is processed, and on average it takes between a few business days to a few weeks to deliver orders completely (depends on your order amount, system load, number of pending orders and more). Therefore, rest assured that everything is under control.

Your subscribers order might be pending and gaining no new subscribers due to one of these two reasons - 1. Your subscribers counter is hidden. 2. There are no videos on your channel. Unfortunately, we can't supply subscribers to channels with an hidden subscribers count, or to channels that have no videos on their channel. Please make sure your subscribers count is public, or upload at least one video to your channel. Soon after you do that, please contact support in order to restart your order.

In order to open PayPal and/or credit card funding options in your account, we will need to verify your identity. This is a mandatory process as requested by our payment processor partners to fight online fraudulent activity. We can assure you that once your identity is confirmed, your personal and sensitive documents will be deleted from our company servers.

As stated in our terms of use, a refund will be granted in case an order was not fulfilled as promised and a refill is not optional.
In case your order is in progress or fully delivered, there is no obvious reason to grant a refund. Refunds are provided only when we can't deliver an order for any reason.
If the client (you) want to cancel a processing order, please note that you can't receive a full refund because we have already provided some of the order.

In order to check your GetFans account balance, please sign in to your account with your email and password.
Inside your account, you can see your current balance in the right upper corner of your page.
With your current balance, you can order new promotions (as long as you have enough funds in your account).
In case you want to add more funds to your GetFans account balance, you can do it by logging in to your GetFans account and clicking on the Funds & Deposits tab on your panel.
